● The SPD is single-port type with electric shock protection, indoor fixed installation and voltage-limited type.
● Built-in disconnector is equipped inside the SPD. When the SPD fails due to overheating or breakdown, the disconnector can automatically disconnect it from the power grid and output an indication signal. The visual window shows white during normal operation and turns red after failure and disconnection.
● 1P+N, 2P+N and 3P+N are composed of 1P, 2P, 3P SPD and NPE neutral-earthing protection modules, which are applicable to TT, TN-S and other power supply systems.
LYD4 series surge protector (hereinafter referred to as SPD) is applicable to AC 50/60Hz power supply systems such as IT, TT, TN-C, TN-S and TN-C-S with a rated voltage of 380V. It provides protection against surges caused by indirect lightning, direct lightning impact and other transient overvoltages. The product complies with standards including GB18802.1 and IEC61643-1.
Remote Signal Contact
The protector can be equipped with remote signal function, with normally open and normally closed contacts. When a single or multiple modules of the protector fail, the contacts will close to transmit fault signals.

● Installed at the boundary of LPZ1 or LPZ2 zone, adopted 35mm standard DIN rail mounting, with connecting copper wire of 2.5~35mm².
● Each pole of the SPD must be equipped with protection by fuse or miniature circuit breaker.
● To prevent impact on power grid operation safety caused by failed surge protector, a matched LYSCB backup protector must be connected in series at the front end of each pole surge protector.
