● The SPD is single-port type, featuring electric shock protection, indoor fixed installation, and voltage-limiting design.
● The SPD integrates a built-in disconnector. When the SPD fails due to overheating or breakdown, the disconnector automatically disconnects it from the power grid and outputs an indication signal. The viewing window shows white for normal operation and red for failure.
● 1P+N, 2P+N and 3P+N versions consist of 1P/2P/3P SPD modules plus NPE neutral-ground protection modules, suitable for TT, TN-S and other power supply systems.
LYD1 series surge protective devices (hereinafter referred to as SPD) are suitable for low-voltage AC power distribution systems including IT, TT, TN-C, TN-S and TN-C-S, providing protection against surges caused by indirect/direct lightning strikes or other transient overvoltages. They are Class I surge protective devices complying with IEC61643-1:1998-02 and Type B surge protective devices. Featuring common mode (MC) and differential mode (MD) protection, the product meets standards including GB18802.1 and IEC61643-1.

● Installed at the junction of LPZ0A / LPZ0B zone and LPZ1 zone, mounted on 35mm standard DIN rail, connected with copper stranded flexible wires of 6~35mm².
● Usually installed in the incoming low-voltage main power distribution cabinet.
● The grounding conductor shall adopt bicolor wires with cross-section ≥16mm², and the length shall not exceed 500mm.
● Each pole of the SPD must be equipped with backup protection — LYSCB series surge backup protectors are used for short-circuit protection after SPD breakdown.
