工业自动化车间作为生产制造核心场景,集中了PLC、变频器、传感器等精密自动化设备,以及各类动力、控制线路,其运行稳定性直接决定生产连续性与安全生产。雷击作为高频突发灾害,易通过直击、感应、地电位反击等方式,损坏自动化设备、中断生产流程,甚至引发火灾、设备损毁等次生灾害,造成重大经济损失。本方案依据GB 50057-2010《建筑物防雷设计规范》、SH/T 3081-2019《石油化工仪表接地设计规范》等行业标准,结合车间结构特点、设备布局及防雷痛点,构建“外部防直击、内部防感应、接地防反击、运维防失效”的全方位防雷体系,兼顾实用性、经济性与可操作性,为工业自动化设备及车间生产安全提供可靠保障。

一、车间外部防雷措施。工厂车间多为钢结构或钢筋混凝土结构,部分露天设备(如冷却塔、风机)暴露性强,直击雷风险突出。外部防护以接闪、泄流为核心,优先利用车间钢结构屋面作为接闪器(彩钢瓦厚度≥0.5mm且镀锌层完整),屋面非金属分隔带处敷设φ12热镀锌圆钢避雷带,采用滚球法计算保护范围,确保屋顶露天设备、车间制高点完全覆盖。引下线优先利用车间钢柱作为自然引下线,钢筋混凝土车间利用柱内两根≥16mm主钢筋作为引下线,间距按防雷类别控制(二类≤24m),引下线距地面0.3-1.8m处设置断接卡,便于检测。接地系统采用环形水平接地体与垂直接地极组合敷设,水平接地体选用25×4mm热镀锌扁钢,埋深≥0.8m,垂直接地极选用50×50×5mm热镀锌角钢(长度≥2.5m),间距5-10m,接地电阻≤4Ω,高土壤电阻率区域加装石墨接地模块优化。

二、车间内部防雷措施。重点防控感应雷与地电位反击,适配自动化设备精密、敏感的特性。电源系统按分级防护原则,在车间总配电柜安装Ⅰ级SPD(10/350μs,Imax≥50kA),分配电柜安装Ⅱ级SPD(8/20μs,In≥40kA),PLC、变频器等精密设备端加装Ⅲ级精细保护SPD,避免浪涌电压侵入。信号线路防护方面,传感器、数据线等弱电线路入口加装专用SPD,电缆采用金属桥架敷设并两端接地,强电与弱电线路分开敷设,间距≥0.5m,避免交叉干扰。等电位连接方面,车间内所有金属设备外壳、电缆桥架、金属管道、机柜均采用≥25mm²铜编织带连接至总接地排,爆炸环境中本安型仪表不接地,其余仪表按规范接地,消除电位差,防范地电位反击。

三、自动化设备专项防护。针对工业自动化核心设备,采取针对性防护措施。PLC、DCS控制系统机房采用法拉第笼屏蔽结构,降低雷电电磁脉冲干扰;车间内变频器、伺服驱动器等设备,其电源输入端加装专用浪涌保护器,输出端做好线路屏蔽,避免雷击损坏导致整个自动化生产线中断。露天安装的传感器、执行器,除加装专用SPD外,采用防水防雷外壳封装,引线缩短至1.5m以内,减少感应雷影响。仪表系统严格遵循规范,罐区等特殊区域仪表金属外壳与罐体可靠电气连接,配线采用金属管屏蔽并两端接地。

四、运维管理与应急处置。建立常态化运维机制,确保防雷系统长期有效。一类防雷车间每半年检测一次,二类车间每年检测一次,重点检查接闪器锈蚀、引下线连接可靠性、SPD性能及接地电阻,及时更换损坏部件。建立防雷运维台账,详细记录安装、检测、维护情况,实现全流程可追溯。加强雷雨季节应急值守,制定雷击故障应急预案,明确设备排查、故障处置流程,雷击后快速排查设备损坏情况,及时恢复生产。定期对运维人员开展规范培训,提升防雷检测与应急处置能力。

本方案严格遵循行业规范,针对性解决工业自动化与工厂车间防雷痛点,简化冗余施工,兼顾防护效果与经济性,可直接落地。通过全方位防雷措施,有效拦截直击雷、抑制感应雷、消除反击隐患,大幅降低雷击导致的设备故障与生产中断风险,切实保障工业自动化生产线安全稳定运行,助力企业安全生产。
